Fortnite, World of Warcraft and Age of Empires will be down for a while. Here’s what maintenance to expect this week.

If you play video games online, you have a gigantic selection of titles and services. Depending on the platform and publisher, you use certain servers and if they fail or maintenance work is carried out, the online gaming fun is quickly over.
That’s why we inform you here in advance about announced maintenance work or “down times” that are very likely to come. Then you can adjust to it better and won’t be torn out of your gaming session unexpectedly.

This maintenance is announced for the week beginning September 26th:
PUBG: Battlegrounds
PUBG: Battlegrounds is not expected to be down today, but the developers are installing a minor update for the backend. There may be restrictions for PC players.
Fortnite
On October 4th, Fortnite is down due to update 22.10. The maintenance work starts at 10 a.m. German time, but matchmaking is already deactivated from 9:30 a.m.
Heroes of the Storm
Heroes of the Storm will be down for several hours beginning October 5th. The maintenance work will start at 12:00 a.m. and will probably end at 4:00 a.m.
World of Warcraft
On October 5th, World of Warcraft will be down for a short time. The maintenance work will start at 3 a.m. German time and will probably be finished by 4 a.m.
Age of Empires – All Editions
Many versions of Age of Empires will be down on October 5th. The maintenance starts at 11:00 p.m. German time and affects Age of Empires: Definitive Edition, Age of Empires 2: Definitive Edition, Age of Empires 3: Definitive Edition and Age of Empires 4. The maintenance work is only intended for multiplayer servers for up to two hours paralyze. So you can probably play as usual from October 6th at 1 a.m.
