After receiving the title of cheapest online bank for young, classic & premium profiles a few days ago, Fortuneo is once again rewarded and obtains the “Quality Trophy” for the quality of its customer service.
The “Bank Trophies – Quality 2024” reward establishments offering the highest level of satisfaction to their customers, measured via a survey conducted this year by Opinionway among a sample of 5,028 banked French people.
Fortuneo wins the prize for best “Everyday banking advisor” with nearly 85% satisfaction rate.
