(AOF) – The Fountaine Pajot Group, specialist in the manufacturing of pleasure boats, achieved turnover for the 2022/23 financial year up 26% to 276.9 million euros, with an EBITDA ( gross operating surplus) which came to 39.9 million euros, compared to 33.3 million euros. The EBITDA margin stood at 14.4% compared to 15.1% a year earlier. Fountaine Pajot has good medium-term visibility and says it is “confident in achieving another year of profitable growth for the 2023/24 financial year”.
As of August 31, 2023, cash flows generated by the activity reached 28.7 million euros, thanks to a gross cash flow after tax of 32.4 million euros and a working capital requirement limited to -3.7 million euros (the increase in stocks anticipating orders to be delivered in the coming months).
Investments for 2022/23, supported at €9.1 million, mainly focused on new boats and the hybrid electric engine solution developed by the Group.
