On the occasion of the Cannes Yachting Festival and the Group’s international press conference, which will be held on Monday, September 9, FOUNTAINE PAJOT announces an exceptional year 2023/2024 and a committed vision of the future.

A YEAR OF ALL RECORDS

1 – The Fountaine Pajot Group records a business volume of over €300 million for the year 2023/2024 and completes the ODYSSEA 2024 plan with objectives achieved beyond its expectations.

2 – The three brands maintained their influential position on the international scene with:

• AND the ramp-up and industrial maturity of the Fountaine Pajot Motor Yachts engine brand, on the Gujan-Mestras industrial site to ensure delivery of the doubling of sales and meet the quality requirements of this ambitious Fountaine Pajot Motor Yachts/Couach project.

3 – A new international expansion

Already a leader in many markets, the Group has, thanks to the takeover of the management of the American activity, consolidated its position in this key market, also allowing it to get closer to its customers. Building on this success, the Group is continuing to expand its distribution in other areas.

4 – The Group’s financial health and the improvement in its margins thus give it the resources to continue its investments in both its industrial capacity and product development, with the aim of stimulating demand in a market that is returning to normal.

A REMARKABLE PRESENCE IN CANNES

The three brands Fountaine Pajot Sailing Catamarans, Fountaine Pajot Motor Yachts and Dufour assert their leadership at the YACHTING CANNES FESTIVAL and exhibit on more than 1,000 m

of stands and linear, almost all of their 3 ranges, i.e. 13 boats, including:

• The brand’s flagship sails the Thira 80 on the Fountaine Pajot Sailing Catamarans Port Canto stand,

• The Power 67 on the Fountaine Pajot Motor Yachts stand in the Vieux Port basin,

• And the brand new Dufour 44 model nominated for the European Yacht of the Year EYOTY and the American awards Best Sail Top 10 and Cruising World Best Boat of the Year, on the Dufour stand at Port Canto as well.

INDUSTRIAL CAPACITY

The Group has started new work on its two historic industrial sites Fountaine Pajot and Dufour, in order to increase and improve its industrial tool and develop its product strategies; i.e. + 15,000 m

on 2024/2025.

ANNOUNCEMENT OF THREE NEW FEATURES

In a wait-and-see market context, and to meet the new expectations of Owners, Fountaine Pajot announces an ambitious product strategy for the next 3 years, for the three brands. Fountaine Pajot will thus present at the Press conference held the day before the opening of the show, three first new models for the Group:

FOUNTAINE PAJOT SAILING CATAMARANS:

The starting signal for a new generation of catamarans:

A new 41-foot Fountaine Pajot Catamarans catamaran will be announced at the press conference. It represents the first model of a new generation of catamarans over the next two years. The

illustrates the brand’s ambition by combining innovation and eco-responsibility at an adjusted price that defies all competition.

DUFOUR:

A complete renewal of the core range

Following the success of the new Dufour 44 and the latest models, both on the private and charter markets, the group exclusively announces the launch of the

which will be launched in spring 2025.

Other models will follow with a desire to renew the top of the range by building on the success of this successful product strategy.

FOUNTAINE PAJOT MOTOR YACHTS:

A new model and a new brand “Collab” FOUNTAINE PAJOT X COUACH

Fountaine Pajot announces an extended collaboration with the manufacturer Couach, with a first new model whose name and brand will be announced at the Miami 2025 show.

The new motor catamaran, which will be presented in more detail at the Cannes press conference, is the fruit of this more accomplished collaboration. It will give birth to a new brand whose international ambition is particularly aimed at the American market.

This new model, which will be the emblem of this new brand and which redefines Fountaine Pajot’s Motor strategy, will benefit from the 30 years of expertise of Fountaine Pajot Motor Yachts and the industrial know-how of Couach.

ODYSSEA PLAN

The Group is continuing its course towards decarbonization with its “on the road to 2050” plan and for the decarbonization part of navigation, a growing development of models with Smart Electric hybrid engines (around thirty already sailing). This activity is also developing externally with charter companies and manufacturers on the market who have adopted this solution.
