Four injured – head-on collision in Dreulach im Gailtal

On Sunday evening, six fire brigades, several police patrols and rescue workers rushed to an accident site in Dreulach in the Gailtal. A car driver (70) had collided head-on with a car driver (51). The woman had her two adult children on board. Four injured.

On Sunday at 5:15 p.m., the FF Arnoldstein, Nötsch, Feistritz/Gail, Dreschitz, Achomitz and Göriach, as well as various police patrols and rescue workers, rushed in the direction of Feistritzer Landesstraße, where the frontal collision had occurred in Dreulach. The cause of the accident is unknown to date. However, black ice can be ruled out as such, according to the Arnoldstein police. The 75 firefighters were busy removing the totally damaged vehicles, binding the spilled oil and making the Feistritzer Landesstraße passable again. It is not yet clear if alcohol was involved.
