Fran Drescher (A Nanny from Hell) causes a sensation in a black suit and XXL coat during Fashion Week: Femme Actuelle Le MAG

How not to resist the crazy charm and infallible humor of Miss Fine, played by Fran Drescher, in the series A Nanny from Hell. In this 90s soap opera, it was not only the nanny’s good humor that struck us, but also her sense of style.

With her looks, each one as flashy and colorful as the next, Fran Fine has become a true fashion reference over the years. Between leopard prints, which the coolest nurse on the Upper East Side particularly likes, slightly kitsch outfits and even faux furs, Fran Fine’s outfits continue to hit the headlines and are even the subject of a dedicated Instagram account @whatfranwore. But if the nanny is a real style leader on screen, she is also one in the city. The 90s icon made a notable appearance during Fall/Winter 2024-2025 Fashion Week. In the front row of the Ami Paris fashion show, unveiled by French designer Alexandre Mattiussi at the Tennis Club de Paris, the actress caused a sensation.

Fran Drescher sensational in a black suit, XXL suit and sunglasses on her nose

This Thursday, January 18, the founder of the Ami Paris brand, Alexandre Mattiussi, invited the crème de la crème of celebrities to his fall-winter 2024-2025 fashion show. In the front row, we found Laetitia Casta, Isabelle Adjani, Vincent Cassel and his new partner Narah Baptista, Mélanie Thierry who revealed her baby bump and Juliette Binoche. But one actress seems to have stolen the show with a surprise and notable appearance: it is Fran Drescher, who we know for her role as Fran Fine in the series A Nanny from Hell. For the occasion, the latter swapped her garish prints and colorful suits for an outfit that could not be more sober and minimalist. She wore a simple black suit, a long beige coat and a small grained leather bag with gold details from the Ami Paris brand. When she arrived, the actress also wore oval sunglasses on her nose, right on trend.

For her beauty look, Miss Fine opted for a voluminous brushing (still much less than those she wears in the series), a makeup as sober as her outfit with a simple swipe of eyeliner, mascara and a beautiful burgundy red mouth. Simple and efficient !
