Franca Lehfeldt, 34, and Christian Lindner, 45, have a busy schedule. The former “Welt” chief reporter turned her back on journalism at the end of October 2023 and set up her own communications and marketing agency and also moderates events. The life of the Federal Minister of Finance is also largely determined by work. Franca Lehfeldt doesn’t mince her words and answers openly and honestly: “I don’t get it. I work a lot and enjoy it and I’m lucky that my family and friends support me.”
The feeling is probably mutual. Her husband Christian Lindner’s working day is strictly scheduled, with one appointment following the next. No wonder that Lehfeldt’s almost 130,000 followers are wondering when Franca and her husband will see each other.
