AXA AXAF.PA and ABM Amro decided on Friday to sell their life insurance joint venture, Neuflize Vie, to BNP Paribas BNPP.PA, reported Monday the daily Les Echos, which cited several corroborating sources.
The operation, if finalized, would represent several hundred million euros, according to the newspaper.
AXA, ABN Amro and BNP Paribas declined to comment.
