Producer prices on the French market fell again in February, according to data published Friday by INSEE.
Prices fell 1.7% month-on-month in February after a decline of 1.0% (revised) in January.
The prices of extractive industry products, energy and water are falling sharply due to the fall in electricity prices, explains INSEE in a press release.
On the other hand, those of food and drink products are almost stable after four months of decline.
Prices over one year fell by 5.5% in February after a drop of 4.9% (revised) in January.
