PARIS, October 14 (Reuters) – TotalEnergies announced at midday on Friday the signing of a majority wage agreement covering the year 2023 with the CFDT and the CFE-CGC, validating the compromise reached overnight with both organizations.
“Under this agreement, the company will grant an envelope of salary increases for 2023 of 7% of salaries”, specifies the French oil group in its press release.
The group’s CGT, which had left the discussions during the night, renewed its strike movement on Friday morning in the five sites already blocked.
