Several French players have already qualified for the grand final after the first two qualifying tournaments for the Fortnite World Championship.

The first two qualifying tournaments at FNCS Chapter 3 Season 2 ended this weekend. In the Europe zone as in the other regions, the 50 best duos from the 3rd rounds of each tournament advanced to round 4 and the top five earned a direct spot in the Fortnite Global Tournament Grand Finals. Saudi Falcon Esport Team notably performed well by sending its four players to the final. TaySon and Chapix made top 2 in the first Qualifier, while the French pair Andilex and XSweeze (ex-MCES) made top 1 in second place.

France also won the second qualifier with Elyandra Esport who sees the qualification of TCypSs. The former Team player Wavy was associated with Artskill, free agent since leaving Team FNX. The duo had already made top 4 in qualifying from previous FNCS. The Wave Esports, Become Legends and Saints Esports teams also sent their pairs to the final. Team Vitality finished top 8 in the first tournament, currently preventing Snayz and PodaSai from validating a ticket. They will have another chance in the semi-finals.

The sequel to the Fortnite competition will take place from May 13 to 15 with Qualifier 3. The best teams (via series points) not qualified will have a last chance with the semis, from 20 to 22. The final is scheduled for May 28 and 29.
