Francis Huster reunites with his old friends from Here it all starts at the Luchon Festival!

Television fiction is honored at the Luchon Festival, in Haute-Garonne, from February 7 to 13, 2022. This year, the event has many surprises in store for its audience: 83 screenings – unitary fiction, series, mini-series or documentaries – will be presented to some 13,000 spectators expected in theaters. A real pleasure, when you know that the 2021 edition had to be strictly digital due to health constraints.

This 24th edition and the following ones promise to be very ambitious, in a context where Luchon will develop considerably in the years to come, with public and private investments of several tens of thousands of euros., explains Christian Cappe, the director general of the festival to AFP. The first two days of programming were reserved for the Spanish competition, with the aim of “publicize programs that have not yet been broadcast in France” and “test the works with the French-speaking public“. The prizes will then be distributed for the documentary category, on February 10, 2022, and that of the fiction category on the 12th.

This year, the jury of Spanish professionals is chaired by producer Jordi B Oliva. Coline Serreau is at the head of the fiction jury, Mireille Dumas takes care of the documentary jury. Were seen, near Luchon, between two screenings: Patrick Fabre, Eglantine Eméyé, Nadège Beausson-Diagne, Sara Mortensen, Daniel Leconte, Jérémy Banster, Valérie Karsenti, Valentine Rousseau, Justine Planchon, Vincent Poymiro, members of the various juries, but also Stéphane Bern and Mélanie Robert for BellefondPhilippe Bas, Lucia Passaniti – and her new short haircut -, Francis Huster and Sylvie Ayme for Murders in the Frioul Islands and Charlie Bruneau for Murders in Porquerolles. Fabian Wolfrom, the evil Louis of the series Here it all startsalso passed a head and reunited with his two former colleagues.
