“The deployment of free-flow tolls on the 210 km of the Paris-Normandy axis (A13-A14) revolutionizes the way of traveling on the motorway by providing greater simplicity, fluidity and speed,” according to manager Sanef .

It will then be possible to pay at the tobacconist from June 24 for the tolls of the A79, which connects the departments of Allier and Saône-et-Loire, then of the A13 upon opening, scheduled for the end of 2024. , free flow on this axis which connects Paris to Caen, according to a joint press release from the FDJ, whose Nirio payment solution has been selected for this new service.

Nearly 4,000 partner businesses offer this service launched Thursday morning in a Parisian tobacconist by the leaders of the FDJ and the motorway manager Sanef, accompanied by the president of the National Confederation of Tobacconists, with the ambition that ultimately the 10,000 Nirio approved points of sale can do this.

“We would like to offer this third payment solution, complementary to the electronic toll badge and our site sanef.com. It is particularly intended for people who want to continue to pay the toll in cash or who are not very comfortable with digital tools” , indicates in the press release Arnaud Quémard, general director of Sanef.

“After taxes, fines or public bills as well as rents and water bills, this free-flow highway payment solution strengthens the role of our partner merchants present throughout the national territory”, welcomed his next to Stéphane Pallez, the president of the FDJ.
