It was a long-standing demand of associations fighting against menstrual precariousness: hygienic protection will be free from the next school year in the university residences of the Crous and university health services, announced the Minister of Higher Education, Frédérique Vidal, Tuesday February 23. This in order to fight against the precariousness of young people. The measure also helps fight against menstrual insecurity. What is it ?
