If you want to use the service offline and also want to use turn-by-turn navigation, you will be asked to pay. But every now and then there are individual region packages for free, which usually cost up to 8.99 euros. Among other things, the Harz region package is currently available free of charge. Samsung is also giving away a card package to its own customers.
