(CercleFinance.com) – Freelance.com publishes net income group share (RNPG) down 19% to 14.5 million euros for 2023, but EBITDA up 9% to 29.4 million for a turnover growing by 7% to 857.7 million (+4% organically).
Demanding a strengthened balance sheet structure, the board of directors proposed the distribution of a dividend of eight cents per share for this financial year. The dividend policy will be re-evaluated next year.
In a context of a still uncertain labor market, the human resources services group remains cautious about its prospects in France and internationally and is aiming for slightly positive organic growth in 2024, a ‘year of transition’.
