(CercleFinance.com) – Freelance.com announces the completion of the acquisition of 100% of the shares of Openwork, a specialist in wage portage for the self-employed, mainly present in France and Belgium, an acquisition carried out entirely on equity.
OpenWork has recorded strong growth since its creation in 2011 to enter the top five wage portage companies in France in 2022 with 70 million euros in turnover in 2022 and more than 1,200 freelancers.
The grouping allows Freelance.com to consolidate a fragmented wage portage market, to become the leading player in management and services to freelancers and to manage a panel of brands that target different types of consultants.
