(Boursier.com) — Freelance.com today confirmed the acquisition of the STA group, a specialist in salary portage for independents and in connecting highly qualified consultants with companies. The merger allows Freelance.com to strengthen its range of services to freelancers and businesses, actively participating in the consolidation of the wage portage market in France and Europe. After 86 million euros in 2022, the STA group plans to achieve around 120 million euros in turnover in 2023, thus showing growth of around 40%. This dynamicwill propel the new group formed by Freelance.com towards a global turnover which will exceed the threshold of one billion euros“. This strategic advance already positions it as the European leader in wage portage, an essential pillar of this success with more than 500 million euros in combined turnover in Europe in 2023 in this segment alone.
STA is in a segment that complements Freelance.com’s existing offering, particularly in the area of IT skills. “These synergies promise smooth integration and open up very favorable horizons. The tools and processes put in place by STA allow it to produce its services at extremely competitive costs and ensure profitability in line with Freelance.com standards,” adds Freelance.
