Freeze rhubarb – so you do it right

Especially if you have your own garden and harvest rhubarb yourself, you will generally not be able to process and boil down the popular stalks. In addition, rhubarb compote and rhubarb jam are usually not durable for too long in glass. So it makes sense always prepare small portions with just a few glasses. How good if you have frozen rhubarb at hand! That's how it works:

Freeze rhubarb properly – step by step

1. Clean and peel rhubarb

Store rhubarb correctly for a short time
