French beauty brands: that's what the French girls swear by

Fashionable know-how? Check! Beauty gurus? Check! The French always look good. How do you do that? We'll tell you of course. The French Girls swear by these brands (and we too!):

Vichy

Beauty starts with skin care. Of course, the French don't use "anything" here. VIchy is considered one of THE cult brands in France and is anything but unknown in Germany. All products contain the Vichy thermal water, which is rich in 15 pure minerals. A reason why the French women have such great skin? Maybe!

glossier

The glossier beauty brand does not come from France, but is still an all-time favorite of the French girls. In an interview with Byrdie, Parisian stylist Jeanne Faucher reveals: "Glossier is one of my favorite brands – I could talk about it for hours. I am one of the women who believes that beauty should be natural. It is about perfecting, not hiding. " Sounds great – we want it too! The only problem: Glossier does not (yet) ship to Germany, but anyone who should be in New York can visit the store. Worth it!

Lancôme

The French beauty brand Lancôme is much more accessible for us. The French are all about natural make-up and soft textures. A big favorite of the French Girls: The Skin Feels Good Tinted Moisturizer. A tinted day care that perfects the skin and still looks like skin. In general, the French always care for the skin and that its complexion looks totally natural. With red lipstick and mascara, they make the everyday look perfect.

Caudalie

We never say no to Vino – and neither do the French Girls. The Caudalie skin care brand comes from Bordaux and all products contain grape extracts that are said to give the skin a particularly high level of moisture. One of the bestsellers is the Eau de Beauté – a facial spray whose formula comes from a youth elixir of the Hungarian queen. Not only the French love that, but make-up artists and stars all over the world.

Dior

Dior is also a real French love brand. Especially when it comes to beauty. French model Sabina Socol, for example, shows her daily beauty routine on her Instagram account – and that includes the Dior Backstage Contour Palette and the Dior Backstage Lip Palette. Both pallets are super versatile and super easy to order. Definitely not just for French girls!
