PARIS (Reuters) – Swiss Steel Group announced on Wednesday that its French subsidiary Ascometal had ended its discussions on the sale of several of its French assets with Italian steelmaker Venete.
Ascometal has decided to seek legal redress in order to give itself more time to find a buyer.
