French Tech: Swile, the most attractive French start-up for candidates according to LinkedIn

Like every year, LinkedIn unveils its ranking of the most attractive French start-ups to candidates. The professional social network has selected 10 companies, which represent a total of more than 1,500 recruitments over the coming year.

At the top of this ranking, we find the start-up Swile, specializing in dematerialized meal vouchers and salary benefits (mobility offer, gift vouchers, commitment and well-being of employees, etc.). The company headed by Loïc Soubeyrand plans to recruit 300 people over the next 12 months. It is ahead of the B2B neobank Qonto and the fintech PayFit, which specializes in human resources management and payroll automation. It is therefore a 100% fintech podium. Further down the rankings, two actors from the greentechLhyfe (5th) and Greenly (9th), make their appearance, as do two specialists in proptechMasteos (8th) and Beanstock (10th).

Entry into force of the greentech and some proptech

“With a period under the sign of the climate emergency and a more uncertain economic context, the companies that stand out are those that have been able to provide effective responses to these major issues, related for example to housing or energy. This is what explains in particular the strong entry of greentech and proptech in this 2022 edition, in France and abroad.analyzes Sandrine Chauvin, international editorial director of LinkedIn. Fintech remains the major trend in the tech ecosystem globally.”

To establish this ranking, Linkedin took into account the growth of the workforce, the level of interest of people looking for a job, the interactions of the members of the platform with the company and its employees, and the ability to attract talent. As for eligible start-ups, they must be independent and private, have at least 50 employees, be in existence for seven years and have their registered office in France.
