(CercleFinance.com) – Fresenius announces the appointment of Michael Sen as new CEO from October 1st. He was unanimously appointed by the supervisory board to succeed Stephan Sturm, who will leave the German health group.
Michael Sen will also continue to hold the position of CEO of Fresenius Kabi, the group’s division specializing in infusion, transfusion and clinical nutrition, until a successor is decided for this position.
He has been responsible for Fresenius Kabi on the board of directors of Fresenius since April 2021. Previously, he was a member of the board of directors of Siemens, where he was responsible for Siemens Healthineers and the energy business.
