The latter, better paid than in the traditional sector, practice gentle fishing techniques: no trawling or dredging. The locker is at a fixed pricewhatever its composition.
Use : I received a beautiful piece of bluefin tuna loin! Thanks to her, I was able to make 2 meals for 2 people.
The + I enjoyed tasting the fish in ceviche then grilled. He was very fresh. I like the fact of being able to know its origin, its date of fishing and even the identity of the sailor.
THE – The fish is delivered gutted, but not always cut or scaled. Although online tutorials are available for freshwater sailors like me, the time spent in the kitchen is a little longer.
My opinion : great experience! Too bad not to be able to order piecemeal.

My beautiful fish is the online store of a Nantes fishmonger. The merchandise, mainly caught in France, is purchased from fishmongers present in around twenty fish markets on the Atlantic coast. On the site, you will have the choice between three baskets composed of different species: classic, noble or a mixture of both.
Use : the insulated box contained hake and cod cut into fillets.
The + The fish can be frozen if there is no time to cook it in the days following delivery. Practical, it is already vacuum !
THE – One of the two recipes provided required 12 ingredients. You must therefore organize yourself to do the shopping quickly after the reception. Shipping costs are quite high when you are not a subscriber.

La Criée d’à Côté is the online store of a Nantes fish merchant specializing in coastal fishing. 80% of its fish supply comes from French fishing. Three sea baskets are offered, including one without stops, for children.
Use : I received three varieties of fish: 400 g of julienne fillets, two steaks of salmon, 9 mackerel fillets, a little too much for the latter, unless you love it!
The + I appreciated the quality, variety and taste of the fish. The latter are lifted into fillets, so very simple to cook.
THE – The products had to be consumed within 4 days. No information was given about the possibility of freezing the fish. Which means you have to eat fish daily!
My opinion : I plan to place orders from time to time, with the possibility of choosing the contents of the box.
