A judicial inquiry into the cause of death has been opened, the Créteil public prosecutor’s office confirmed on Thursday, requested by AFP, giving no further details on this death. At least two other detainees have died in Fresnes since the beginning of the year, including Théo, 28, found dead on January 11, naked, curled up on the ground in his cell strewn with rubbish and with the window open. He suffered from severe psychiatric disorders.
