(Boursier.com) — Frey and the Banque des Territoires have entered into a new long-term partnership. This new association results in Banque des Territoires taking a 45% stake in the company owning the commercial complex of Docks de St-Ouen – SCI Les Docks de Saint-Ouen. Frey will continue to manage this commercial complex. Located in Saint-Ouen-sur-Seine in 93, in the new mixed district known as ‘Docks’, this project is a major urban operation. In addition to its famous flea market and the Bauer stadium, Saint-Ouen-sur-Seine wanted to create a new point of territorial and tourist influence. Both connected to the center of Paris thanks to the metro by the extension of line 14 and located in the heart of an eco-district which has 15,000 inhabitants and 30,000 employees, the project “is aimed both at Audonians and at Parisians and tourists from passage”. Thus, the program “draws from the historical DNA of Saint-Ouen-sur-Seine while drawing inspiration from the new dynamics of the city”. On the eve of the 2024 Olympic Games, “it is therefore a real commercial, friendly and committed heart of the city of 24,000 m2 in total, which is offered to the new St-Ouen Docks district”.

On the occasion of this participation, SCI Les Docks de Saint-Ouen set up a mortgage debt of 45 ME and for a period of 7 years with a banking pool made up of Banque Postale and Arkéa Bank.
