Friday the 13th is a day between bad luck and horror: Here are three video games for lovers of horror and horror.
Superstitious people and horror fans have one thing in common: Friday the 13th should be marked in red on some calendars. For some, a special misfortune threatens today, others immediately think of one of the most famous film series of the horror genre. Here are three suggestions for video games from the year 2021, in order to be able to celebrate the day of bad luck and horror in proper style.
“Resident Evil Village”
In May is with “Resident Evil Village” the eighth main part of one of the most notorious video game series from the horror universe for PC, PS4, PS5, Xbox One and Xbox Series X / S has been released. In a remote village with an adjoining castle, the player can expect not only numerous puzzles and monsters. For fans of the series, there is sometimes a reunion with well-known characters and allusions to other parts of the series.
“Little Nightmares II”
The little boy Mono and his companion Six experience in “Little Nightmares II” an atmospheric nightmare journey. Players try to escape a dark world that leads them, among other things, through a scary forest and a dark school. The game has been available for PC, Google Stadia and consoles, including Nintendo’s Switch, since February. Smartphone users can embark on the puzzle adventure “Very Little Nightmares” fall back, which was published in 2019.
“The Medium”
Also at the beginning of the year is “The Medium” released for PC and Xbox Series X / S. In the role of Marianne, who has supernatural abilities, players have to explore both a real and a ghost world at the same time. In doing so, they solve puzzles that are waiting for them in both worlds. And they encounter a dark mystery. On September 3rd, the game will also be released for PS5.
