A native of Vienna (34) killed his girlfriend in Mürzzuschlag in Styria. She wanted to leave him because she had fallen in love with the mother of an Afghan refugee family…

The motives for the brutal murder of a 34-year-old woman from Styria, which will be tried in Leoben on Monday, are not new: offended pride, anger, humiliation and a new love. Then in the winter of 2022, the 34-year-old brought home a family of four refugees from Afghanistan. “She explained to me that they would otherwise be deported.” From then on, the Viennese slept with the Afghan husband on the couch and his wife with his wife in the double bed because the Afghan “was afraid of dogs and cats”. Sandra that she has fallen in love with the woman and wants to move away with the Afghan family. “I don’t want to know anything more from you!” she would have said. “My life shattered into a thousand pieces,” he cries. He took a steak knife and stabbed her alone 40 times in the head… The defense pleaded manslaughter. A jury verdict is still pending.
