Growing up with dogs, cats and horses, I have felt very close to animals all my life. Even today my cat Nikita is an important part of my life.

I have never been a particularly spiritual person, and in principle I only believe in something if I can see or understand it. But I was always certain that animals are able to sense more than humans – such as imminent death, illness or natural disasters.

I beg your pardon? Maria claimed she could make contact with animals telepathically

About a year ago my sister, whose horse was behaving quite difficultly, contacted a woman named Maria who made incredible claims about herself. Allegedly, she can make contact with animals in a telepathic way, translate their wishes and needs and convey messages to them. And all of this just by focusing on a photo of the animal.

When my sister told me that, I had to laugh out loud first. That sounded like one of those suspicious offers that one finds in the mailbox without asking and that then ends up straight in the trash.

In any case, my sister made use of her not entirely cheap services. But when I got a summary of their session afterwards, I was genuinely amazed. No matter how intensely stalking, no one would have been able to gather as much private information about my sister and her horse as the woman told her over the phone at the meeting. In addition, the horse’s behavior suddenly changed for the better.

I got in touch with the ominous animal whisperer

Finally I made up my mind to get in touch with the ominous animal whisperer. The first thing I learned was that I had to wait ten months for an appointment.

I then sent her the photo of my cat Nikita a few hours before she called. When my cell phone rang at the appointed time, I didn’t know what to expect or say, but my conversation partner quickly took the lead and “connected” with my cat.

Suddenly she asked me if Nikita had a pink towel that she would always play with. I was completely flabbergasted because this towel actually exists. Maria explained to me that it should be better in the bathroom as this is Nikita’s favorite room. I can’t explain how she knew this, but my cat actually prefers to be in the bathroom.

Then Maria asked me if I was planning to move, because it seems that Nikita sensed an imminent change of residence. Indeed, my friend and I are considering moving in together. According to Maria, Nikita not only thought it was a good idea, she also wanted us to have an office in our new apartment.

But the most disturbing piece of information was yet to come: As Maria told me, Nikita definitely doesn’t want my boyfriend to change his hairstyle. That was the funniest thing I’ve heard in a long time!

Actually, I wanted to have this conversation, in the best case scenario, to find out more about my cat’s life and to help her if she has problems. But it seems that Nikita simply has an opinion on everything and has to tell me, no matter how irrelevant it may be. I can’t deny that I think that’s pretty cute of her.

The next question from Nikita was about my upcoming vacation: whether the girl who took her in last time would take care of her again. To my astonishment, she described the girl very precisely and was pleased when I confirmed it to her.

I also learned from Maria that Nikita wanted to know from me whether everything was okay with my right leg, since I always wear knee protection when doing sports. She also worries about my boyfriend because he often has pain in his right shoulder. Nobody could have this information about us without really knowing us personally.

According to Maria, my cat really wanted to let me know that everything will be fine in my professional and private life in the future, that I will have a great person by my side and that overall I will not have to worry.

All the very private information that Maria apparently got through Nikita now makes me believe that this cannot be fraud and that it is really possible to get in touch with animals telepathically.

All of this makes me look at my cat with completely different eyes.

I am sure animals are able to see and understand a lot more of what is going on around them than we think. Maybe we should try to listen to them more often.
