"Frozen": this detail from the film of which the authors are not proud: Current Woman The MAG

It's a slight outrage at perfection, would say fans of the franchise. Released in 2013, the animated film Snow Queen has had colossal success with young and old alike. Impossible to miss the iconic Let It Go that children continue to sing at the slightest opportunity. It is also thanks to these various musical interludes that the Disney film quickly established itself as a classic of the genre. Besides the anthem of Anna, other songs also marked the memory of viewers. For example, "I would like a snowman","In summer"or intoxicating"Love Is a Gift ", to only cite a few. These tubes were composed by Robert Lopez and his wife, Kristen Anderson-Lopez.

"It will be our great shame"

Usually accustomed to composing musicals for Broadway, the couple knew how to bring another dimension to the film. However, according to comments reported by our colleagues from Melty, the two authors would continue to be bothered by a detail. "In the first movie, we failed to write a song for Kristoff, and it will be our great shame that we will take it with us for the rest of our lives ", they would have said. A statement that would seem to have surprised the main stakeholder, actor Jonathan Groff, who plays Kristoff. Always according to Melty, the 35-year-old actor wanted to remember that he too had his moment of glory in the first part of the saga. "Many people came to me to tell me that they were surprised that I did not have a song in the first film. But I always thought that 'The Song of the Reindeer ' was a real song and I was very proud of it! ", he would have declared. This should perhaps be enough to reassure the two authors!
