Fugitive confesses on YouTube to having killed his wife then kills himself

In the United States, a 48-year-old man who had been wanted for more than nine months after the murder of his wife, committed suicide in Florida.

He managed to evade American police for almost a year. An American named Trent Paschal has been found dead in the state of Florida. 48 years old, he was actively wanted after being found guilty of murdering his wife. Law enforcement managed to track him down after receiving testimony that the fugitive was at a campsite in the small town of Ocala, about 100 miles from Orlando. Once there, they asked the individual to come out of his mobile home in which he lived, but a shot rang out. Upon opening the door, they discovered the man lying on the ground, dead on impact.

Trent Paschal killed his wife on October 21, 2020. That day, he allegedly waited for his wife, Savannah Paschal, in the bathroom of their master bedroom before shooting her with a gun. Arrested and then charged before paying his bail of $550,000, he fled and has not been found ever since. At the time of fleeing, he would have cut off his electronic bracelet before going to a dealership in Houston (Texas) to test drive a Chevrolet, which he stole by threatening the seller with a knife.

He kills his wife, pays his bail, steals a car and disappears for many months

“I had a weird feeling about this guy, like something was wrong, but I didn’t think he was going to steal a car from me,” said his victim, still in shock. During his long run, the man posted a video on YouTube that he had filmed before the murder of his wife: “I told him not to play with me, not to play with my emotions.” In another post, this time after the murder, he allegedly apologized to his children. A sordid story.
