Lidl offers a well-equipped e-mountain bike in its online shop. The engine performance and damping are particularly impressive.
- With the Fischer Montis 6.0i, Lidl currently has an e-mountain bike fully available at a good price.
- The bike offers a powerful engine and a decent range.
- The suspension fork and rear shock come from professional outfitter RockShox.
Do you want to get a new e-mountain bike that can also be used to tour difficult terrain? Then you should go for a so-called fully, i.e. a mountain bike with a suspension fork and a suspended rear triangle. One of these is currently on offer at Lidl. The Fischer Montis 6.0i offers really good features at a more than fair price.
In contrast to a hardtail, a fully has a suspension fork and a suspended rear triangle. On the Lidl bike, both components come from the well-known manufacturer RockShox, which also supplies professionals with its components. The spring travel is 150 millimeters each.
The mid-engine comes from Brose and supports you with up to 90 Newton meters. That’s powerful enough even for steep climbs. The battery embedded in the frame has a capacity of 504 watt hours. According to the manufacturer, this enables a range of up to 120 kilometers.
Branded components
Further equipment includes a 12-speed derailleur from SRAM, hydraulic disc brakes from Clarks, Maxxis tires and a push assist. A lighting set is also included in the scope of delivery.
The weight of the 27.5-inch e-mountain bike is 26 kilograms and the permissible total weight is 135 kilograms. The overall package is really good at a price of 2,600 euros. You get very decent branded components and, thanks to the double suspension, you can travel safely and comfortably on any terrain.
Please note: Due to high demand, only a few copies are still available in the online shop.
