It is a young man of 24 who was broke, a Frenchman who had patriotic ambitions”, launched Yannick Alléno. A few hours before burying his son, the starred chef paid him a moving tribute. “I’m proud of you! It’s crazy to look at your life and see your action! Everyone who met that smile and that look remembers! This afternoon the whole world will come to greet you, I know you’ll be a little embarrassed but it’s the ransom of the glory of YOUR GLORYhe wrote. Your brother Thomas, your big brother and I are going to build again and again, with you to guide us, with that high gaze you have from the heavens, even more beautiful things! We love you and mourn you with all our bodies Antoine Alleno! My angel our beloved child.”
