Funeral of Igor Bogdanoff: his daughter Anna-Claria delivers a moving tribute, heartbreaking words

We thought they were immortal, but the Bogdanoff brothers (or Bogdanov) did end up joining the stars. 6 days apart, Grichka and Igor are deceased of the consequences of Covid-19 at the age of 72. The twins were not vaccinated. So it was together, like everything they have always done in their life, that they shared their funeral this Monday January 10, 2022 at the Madeleine Church in Paris.

It is a tribute mass that was organized for those around them. Grichka’s widow, Chaymae, was spotted, for example, as were five of Igor’s six children, namely his son. Wenceslas (27 years old) and her daughters Anna-claria (30 years old) and Sasha (32 years old) (born from his marriage to Countess Ludmillat d’Outremont), Alexander (10 years) and Constantine (7 years old) (from his union with Amélie de Bourbon-Parme). And some of them agreed to take the floor to salute the memory of their scientific father who marked several generations since his beginnings in Time X.

Anna-Claria in particular made a touching statement as reported The Parisian. “Dad … Your life is a rhyming poem, an endless story. You can’t imagine how much you enchanted the real, she said. Anna-Claria went on to mention “his last days which he ‘did not see because (he) was sleeping’, where he ‘took the time to exist’, where his children saw the ‘form of Grichka in the clouds’, where they were remembered the storm story their father told them …“And to conclude:”Your departure was as poetic and unexpected as your whole life“.

During the mass, the ex of Igor Bogdanoff, Amélie de Bourbon-Parme, also split a message, just like their son Alexandre who read the first religious text, the letter of Saint Paul the Apostle to the Thessalonians. “Lord, I entrust my daddy to you as well as Grichka“, declared the young boy. Note that it was also necessary to count on the presence of Julie Jardon, the last companion of Igor, who broke the silence near Gala.

The Bogdanoff brothers will be buried on Wednesday January 12 in Saint-Lary in the Gers, on family land.
