Furiosa in Cannes: Anya Taylor-Joy lights up the steps with Chris Hemsworth

This is the first event film of the 77th Cannes Film Festival: Furiosa, a prequel to Fury Road and an epic epic at the heart of the Mad Max saga universe, was presented out of competition this Wednesday, May 15, in the presence of the team of the film.

Director George Miller was thus surrounded by Anya Taylor-Joy, new face of the postapocalyptic anti-heroine portrayed in 2015 by Charlize Theron, and by Chris Hemsworth, accompanied for the occasion by his partner Elsa Pataky.

Cannes Film Festival: Furiosa, Costner, Cage, Dupieux… These films will not win the 2024 Palme d’Or but they will be an event!
