Volodymyr Zelensky will be present in person at the G7 summit which opens Friday, May 19 in Hiroshima, Japan. AFP has learned from a source familiar with the matter that the Ukrainian president intends to stand with the seven leaders of the group, who have already announced their plan to tighten sanctions against the Russian war effort in Ukraine. .
