On January 9, Emmanuel Macron surprised everyone by appointing Gabriel Attal as Prime Minister. It’s a meteoric rise for the man who started as a municipal councilor in Vanves, before joining the government as Secretary of State to the Minister of National Education and Youth in 2018, then becoming spokesperson , Minister Delegate in charge of Public Accounts, and finally Minister of National Education and Youth. However, a month after his appointment, and when he has just revealed the complete list members of his government, the thirty-year-old is the subject of numerous criticisms.
