Gad Elmaleh: his moving confidences about his romantic relationships: Femme Actuelle Le MAG

Gad Elmaleh published on Friday March 8, 2024, on his Instagram account, an extract from his interview with Jonathan Langlois, on the latter’s YouTube channel: The Glimmers. An interview during which the comedian opened up about his romantic relationships. It is by answering the question “The most beautiful intuition I have followed in my life is…?” that he began to open up about his relationships and in particular his breakups. He answered The departure – and the breakup. “Very often, leaving or breaking up is associated with negative things. However, breaking up is sometimes necessary. It helps you, it makes you move forward,” he then justified himself. Indeed, according to him, breaking up is an essential step to take the next step and move forward in your life. “Breakup makes you grow. It’s painful, but it makes you grow” he added.

The importance of introspection according to Gad Elmaleh

He also told Jonathan Langlois that occasionally, listening to loved ones is not necessarily a good solution. He spoke about the importance of introspection to make the best decisions for yourself. “I believe that if I had consulted those close to me – people who wish me well – for what I wanted to decide […]I wouldn’t have done much.” he explained. “Why persist with an ideal that will satisfy something that is of the order of the ego? Maybe that’s not what you want” he added. If the comedian announced in January 2023 no longer be single, we do not know the identity of his new companion. Gad Elmaleh is in any case well placed to talk about breakups since he has had several relationships since that with the mother of his son, Anne Brochet. He lived a romance with the dancer Aurélie Dupont for several years before getting together with Nora Arnezeder. He then had a love affair with the journalist Marie Drucker then got together with Charlotte Casiraghi, with whom he had his son Raphaël, born in December 2013.
