Gad Elmaleh proud of his youngest son Raphael

Father of two children, Gad Elmaleh remains quite discreet about his private life. On a promotional tour, the comedian was invited to the Daily show on TMC, this Friday, September 24. In his new show entitled D’ailleurs, the 50-year-old actor tells anecdotes about his stays in Monaco and his meeting with the princely family. In a relationship with Charlotte Casiraghi for four years, he became the father of little Raphael. Between a Moroccan father and a princess mother, the child has a real cultural mix. Something to make the laughing star extremely proud.

For Gad Elmaleh, this big difference is a strength: “I find that very interesting. It’s a chance to have these origins and these different stories. It’s two rooms, two atmospheres but which nourish him and will inspire him for later”, he confided on the set of Daily. Despite his separation from Charlotte Casiraghi in October 2015, the famous comedian does not regret their love story at all. Arié Elmaleh’s brother also took advantage of his time on television to reestablish a truth: “I have never lived in Monaco, I spent a lot of time there but without living there”, he explained to presenter Yann Barthès.

A father who listens too much

Whether with Noé, born from his previous relationship with actress Anne Brochet or Raphaël, Gad Elmaleh attaches great importance to communication. Sometimes even a little too much: “I over-communicate, I explain things to them. I think I get them a little drunk”, did he declare. Unlike his own father, not very talkative and above all “very modest”, the famous actor seeks to reverse the trend with his sons. Very close to his children, the humor star often organizes family outings, such as attending PSG matches at the Parc des Princes with his eldest son, Noé.
