- Samsung is giving the phones of the Galaxy S22 series a new update.
- This is intended to fix software bugs.
- The April security patch is also included in the update.
The South Korean company Samsung presented the new phones of the Galaxy S22 series at the Samsung Unpacked Event in February. Although the smartphones are among the latest models, the devices are plagued by many bugs. These should now be fixed with a huge update.
As the technology blog AllAboutSamsung reports, the update has a size of about 1.3 gigabytes. You should therefore only download the update via a WLAN connection.
The firmware should also contain the new security patch for the month of April. Unfortunately, Samsung does not reveal exactly which errors are fixed. The changelog does not provide any information on this either.
