It was only a matter of time before the Galaxy S23 Ultra spec sheet leaked onto the web. It’s now done, since we finally know what Samsung’s next flagship will offer above and below the hood. A brief overview.
Every year, leakers manage to unearth all the information about Samsung’s new Galaxy S smartphones, and the Galaxy S23 is of course no exception. Some elements have already leaked about the technical sheet of the three flagships, pointing to a recycling of most of the components of the Galaxy S22. Today, the Ultra model is revealed in its entirety.
Some details are therefore not really a surprise. This is particularly the case of the processor, whose TENAA certification does not reveal the name, but which will turn out to be the Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 for all users, after Samsung discontinued Exynos. The latter will be accompanied by the choice of 8 or 12 GB of RAM. On the memory side, we will find 256 GB, 512 GB and the return of 1 TB of storage space.

Will the Galaxy S23 Ultra have a 200 MP sensor?
The Galaxy S23 will also feature a screen 6.8-inch AMOLED with a definition of 1440 x 3088 pixelss, which is already announced as the brightest on the market with a brightness between 2100 and 2200 nits. To power all this, the smartphone would be equipped with a 4855mAh battery, which will actually be presented as a 55000 mAh battery. The leak doesn’t say if this will be compatible with fast charging, although we have little hope for that.
The photo part revealed by TENAA is a bit more confusing. Indeed, the certification displays a 108 MP sensor, while multiple rumors have announced in recent months the arrival of a 200 MP main sensor. Indeed, the TENAA certification is often incorrect with regard to the photo parts of upcoming smartphones, so it is better to turn to the information already revealed. Likewise, we should find a 12 MP wide-angle sensor, a 10 MP telephoto sensor (unlike the 12 MP claimed by TENAA) and a 10 MP optical zoom.
