As every year since 2014, Geoff Keighley gives us an appointment this evening for his ceremony rich in ” WORLD PREMIERE “.
To attend in France on multiple platforms, however, you will not have to go to bed early. The event taking place at the Microsoft Theater in Los Angeles will indeed launch hostilities on the night of Thursday to Friday, from 1:30 am!

After several editions only in a remote format due to the coronavirus, the Game Awards ceremony returns this year in form, with a face-to-face event broadcast widely online.

To motivate as many people as possible to attend the ceremony, staying on the stream via Twitch for one hour will come with a digital copy of Rogue Legacy and other awards. What to expect from The Game Awards?
The heart of the event is to award various titles to games, works and personalities that have left their mark on 2022. The ceremony thus has no less than 31 categories, including a new one this year for the Best Adaptation of a Game Series/Movie.
In this plethora of nominations, several games particularly stood out, such as Elden Ring or God of War: Ragnarok. These two behemoths will certainly be neck and neck to win the title of Game of the Year.
