First major game for Shift Up and first success while Stellar Blade is a hit at the moment. The software was generally well received by the press and players and obtained a score of 82/100 on Metacritic, but also holds the top spot for Amazon sales in several countries. Thus, the game is number one in sales in the United Kingdom, the United States, Canada, Germany, Italy, Japan, Brazil and finally here, in France. A very good performance, even more so when we know that the title is facing behemoths like EA Sports FC 24 Or Marvel’s Spider-Man 2.

Sony’s new asset
By making Stellar Blade a PS5 exclusive, Sony has struck a major blow and once again proven its talent for unearthing titles with high potential for the Playstation catalog. Stellar Blade is not necessarily unanimous, but nevertheless offers a solid experience, particularly with its high-energy combat and the different skills of its protagonist, EVE. It remains to be seen what the Shift Up studio has in store for us next. We already know that the studio has not planned any additional content for its game and should instead turn to new projects. That being said, after such a notable proposition, it is certain that Shift Up must now be counted among the studios to follow closely.
