The DLC is long overdue
If you haven’t played Elden Ring yet, now might be the best time to do so! Indeed, two years after its initial release, From Software’s game could well announce its DLC in the coming months. Since its official announcement a year ago, the new content Shadow of the Erdtree didn’t really show himself in more detail, but many rumors indicate that he could soon show up.

A few days ago, Twitter user Ziostorm indeed pointed out that the database SteamDB of Elden Ring now included the mention of a certain “Unknown App 2778580” in the DLC section. The user (who is very familiar with Elden Ring and its predecessors) believes that there is a very good chance that this enigmatic name actually corresponds to Shadow of the Erdtree. Indeed, this same event occurred with the games Dark Souls 2 and 3 a few months before the arrival of the DLC. It remains to be seen whether history will repeat itself with Elden Ring…
