A few days ago, Hideo Kojima tweeted a rather mysterious message on the social network, strongly suggesting that we should soon have the right to the trailer for his next game, but it remains to be seen which one, and especially when? Well good news for fans of the latter sinceit could be that this announcement takes place this evening on the occasion of the opening of Gamescom 2022 but also on the occasion of his birthday, enough to celebrate these two events as it should be.
Several possibilities are offered to us as for the potential announcement of this evening because for months, we had several rumors concerning the future projects of Kojima Productions.
If we already know officially that he is working on a game in collaboration with Microsoft, rumors have also mentioned the existence of a horror game codenamed Overdose. The latter would be a spinoff of Death Stranding, and would feature two of the latter’s characters with the presence of Lockne and Mama. Unfortunately, at present, nothing allows us to know whether or not it is this famous title with Microsoft, but the probabilities that it is the same project are slim. Since then, his first game has seen the light of day with Death Stranding, released in 2019, and therefore featuring actor Norman Reedus who was to be at the head of what should have been the next Silent Hill.
