Before playing Vice Admiral Garp in the live-action series “One Piece”, British actor Vincent Regan appeared in around fifty feature films.

The cast of One Piece chose to entrust its main roles to almost unknown actors, but some performers better known to viewers also appeared in the series live-action Netflix.

This is particularly the case of Vincent Regan, eternal second role of cinema whose face speaks more to the general public than his name. The actor from Wales lends his features in the adaptation of Eiichiro Oda’s cult manga to Vice Admiral of the Navy, Monkey D. Garp.

The latter’s most iconic role is undoubtedly that of Artemis in Zack Snyder’s stylized peplum 300. This faithful soldier appears as one of the main lieutenants of King Leonidas (Gerard Butler) in the hopeless battle between the Spartans and the Persian empire of Xerxes.
