The accident on a kart track in Wolfsberg, where six people collapsed in January, has been clarified. The operator had poorly maintained the ventilation system, so that there was an increased CO2 concentration in the hall. Since there were no injuries, the sentence is up to one year – this is being negotiated at the district court in Wolfsberg.
