GAUSSIN (EURONEXT GROWTH: ALGAU – FR0013495298) announces today the completion of a capital increase, by way of private placement carried out with qualified investors and a restricted circle of investors in accordance with article L.411 -2, 1° of the Monetary and Financial Code and the use of the delegations of authority granted by the general meeting of May 18, 2021 by its 27th, 28th, 31st, 32nd, 35th and 36th resolutions, with cancellation of the preferential subscription right shareholders for the benefit of named persons for a total gross amount of 5,667,642.76 euros.
This fundraising increases the company’s equity while strengthening its cash flow.
