Non-dilutive financing for shareholders
The two partnership agreements signed bring the financing operation to a total of €30 million, broken down as follows:
• An offer of simple bonds in the context of crowdfunding up to a maximum of €8 million in accordance with article L.411-2, 2° of the Monetary and Financial Code.
• A private placement of simple bonds for the benefit of qualified investors or a restricted circle of investors in the amount of €22 million in accordance with Article L.411-2, 1° of the Monetary and Financial Code.
