(Boursier.com) — Gaussin has been selected to participate in the 3rd edition of “The Great Exhibition of Made in France”, which will be held at the Palais de l’Elysée in Paris, on July 1st and 2nd. On this occasion, sponsored by the President of the Republic Emmanuel Macron, 100 companies from all over France will present their ‘Made in France’ products to the general public and the press.

Gaussin, who was selected from more than 2,400 applicants, will exhibit his ATM-H2 hydrogen logistics tractor. Based on the electric ATM skateboard, the hydrogen version of the vehicle is the fruit of Gaussin’s R&D. Its development was made possible thanks to aid from Ademe as part of the call for projects “i-Nov 2020 innovation competition”. Entirely fueled by hydrogen, the ATM-H2 enables zero-emission operations and offers improved and quietest working conditions. Thanks to the H2 PowerPack charging system using the latest fuel cell and tank systems, the charging time is 30 minutes for up to 13 hours of use. The vehicle is already being rolled out on the North American market, notably with an order for 20 units from Plug Power.

The Great Exhibition of ‘Made in France’ is the annual event that honors economic players who are fully committed to French manufacturing. A selection committee brought together by the ministers Bruno Le Maire, Olivia Grégoire and Roland Lescure had the task of establishing the list of products presented to the French people expected at this exhibition.

The event is part of the Government’s more global policy in favor of competitive and low-carbon French production, marked in particular by the France Relance and France 2030 plan.
